Refund Policy

We want you happy. If a hero doesn't meet your expectations, here's how we handle it.

Monthly subscriptions (Solo / Studio)

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

14-day no-questions-asked refund if you have not downloaded any paid asset. After 14 days or after any paid download, sales are final.

Email contact@memselon.com with your Stripe receipt. We refund within 5 business days.
